General Shipping Policy

Sending the package

The following terms apply to all shipments made within the Mexican Republic and the United States of America.

The prices published on the site DO NOT include shipping costs, said cost is indicated in another section, varying according to the area within or outside the Mexican Republic. Product prices may change at any time without prior notice, promotions from other means other than those presented on this site cannot be combined.

The customer agrees to provide a valid address that can be located within the Mexican Republic where the order can be delivered. In the event that the customer provides an address that cannot be located by the courier, any additional costs will be covered by the customer.

All shipments made by us and our suppliers are perfectly packaged. In case your order is delivered with physical damage by the courier, you must add a note when signing the manifest to the courier employee indicating that the package shows signs of mistreatment (open box, hit, perforated, wet, wrapped, etc.) Without this note, you will receive the package as normal. If the courier employee does not allow you to write it on the delivery manifest, you should NOT receive the package.

If you suspect that the box that the courier service employee is giving you does not contain what you purchased, either due to the weight or size of the packaging, you should NOT accept it, indicating the reasons to the courier service employee and you should report it to us immediately to clarify your order.

Once the package has been received by you or someone at the delivery address, you have 48 hours to report any anomalies due to physical damage or missing items in your order. After this period, no changes or claims are possible.

Delivery area

The delivery area of ​​our products is limited to the States of the Mexican Republic and the United States of America. We deliver to all locations where there is coverage through the courier companies with which we have service. In deliveries by courier companies we depend entirely on the conditions of each of them, as well as the weather conditions and risk areas of each entity.

We cannot process orders with an incomplete delivery address or with special agreements with other courier companies.

Shipping Type:

  • National Standard Shipping: (From $199.00 VAT included)

Standard shipping is done by Estafeta courier companies if the package is less than 5 Kg and if the weight is greater, you will be informed by email of the means by which your package was sent. Shipping prices start at 199.00 VAT included, calculated according to the volumetric weight of the product. The courier will be selected depending on the warehouse from which it is sent and according to the agreements established in said warehouse.

Once your order is processed, if it is in stock, your products will be shipped no later than the next business day (Monday to Friday), and will arrive at their destination within a period of 1 to 5 days within Mexican territory.

  • International Standard Shipping: (From $49.00 USD VAT included)

International standard shipping is usually done by the following courier companies: DHL, FEDEX and Correos de Mexico, shipping prices start at 49.00 USD VAT included, calculated according to the volumetric weight of the product.

Once your order is processed, if it is in stock, your products will be shipped no later than the next business day (Monday to Friday), and will arrive at their destination within a period of 7 to 60 business days.

IMPORTANT:

  • For orders shipped from warehouses located in border areas, normal shipping times may be extended due to customs issues.
  • In some international areas this delivery time may be 7 to 60 business days. You will have more information when your order is released.
  • If your order contains products that are in stock on different orders or purchase orders, you will be charged for each shipment.
  • If your order includes products that are in stock and others that are on order, you will be charged for each shipment.

Releases

Payments by deposit or transfer

In this mode, products that are in stock are generally shipped within 24 business hours (Monday to Friday) once the stock has been verified and your order has been released.

To speed up the release it is important that you notify your payment

It is not necessary to send proof of your deposit or transfer. In case of clarification, a Sales Executive will contact you to request more information about your payment.

Please note that if your deposit is made by check from another bank, except Buen Cobro, the payment is credited the following business day at noon. Once credited, your order is released.

Payments with credit or debit card

In this modality, the products are sent once your issuing bank and the security department of the bank that collects the payment release your payment. This is generally the next business day after your payment. OREGANIC DE MEXICO reserves the right to cancel any payment that does not comply with the requirements requested by the bank, this means that in certain cases you may be asked to send us a copy of your identification and/or proof of address and other documents that prove your identity solely for the purpose of verification.

For payments made by credit or debit card, OREGANIC DE MEXICO uses PayPal services to collect and validate customer information. OREGANIC DE MEXICO only forwards customer information to the third party (in this case PayPal and its affiliates) so that they can process the payment made and, if applicable, notify OREGANIC DE MEXICO of the authorization of the transaction. OREGANIC DE MEXICO stipulates in its Terms and Conditions that the customer accepts that the information will be forwarded to a third party for validation and authorization.

In case of any missing documents requested, your payment will be reversed.

Payments with PayPal system

In this mode, products are shipped when the payment system notifies and releases the payment. If your account is a PayPal Verified user, it is generally released on the same day of payment and if you are a PayPal Unverified user, your payment will be processed no later than the next business day. In certain cases, you may be asked to send us a copy of your identification and/or proof of address and other documents that prove your identity solely for the purpose of verification.

REGANIC DE MEXICO only forwards the customer's information to the third party (in this case PayPal) to process the payment made and, where appropriate, notify OREGANIC DE MEXICO of the authorization of the transaction. OREGANIC DE MEXICO stipulates in its Terms and Conditions that the customer accepts that the information will be sent to a third party for validation and authorization.

In case of any missing documents requested your payment may be reversed.

Orders paid with this method only apply for home delivery to the delivery address authorized by PayPal.

Payments with the DineroMail system through OXXO stores

In this mode, products are shipped when the payment system notifies and releases payment, generally the next business day after payment.

Delivery Time

The delivery time of the product begins at the time of order release. The estimated delivery time will be provided to you at the completion of your order and will be confirmed via email and/or telephone.

Delivery Time for In-Stock Products

The delivery time for in-stock products depends on the release of your order based on the payment method and shipping type selected.

Delivery Time for Custom Products

The approximate delivery time for products on order is 1 to 8 weeks. OREGANIC DE MEXICO remains in communication with the supplier or manufacturer of the products on order, however, due to the policies of these suppliers or manufacturers, they may decide:

  • If we do not supply a product due to our commercial policies or any other circumstance beyond our company's control, in this case you will be notified by email so that you can decide to exchange your product for another model or cancel your order.
  • Fulfilling the order in a longer time than estimated, in this case you will be notified by email so that you can decide if you want to continue waiting or cancel your order. Orders paid more than 6 weeks in advance have a refund guarantee, which means that you can request a refund of what you paid, as long as the package has not yet been delivered, that is, it is delayed.

If your order includes several products on request, they will be sent at the same time as your entire order is complete. If you need them to be sent separately, you will be charged for shipping each time a product is released from the warehouses.
