Terms and conditions

Return Policies

The return period for our online store is 10 days from receipt of the order.

We only accept returns on products that have the original label and are in the same condition as when received. We must provide the original order number from which you purchased the item. We will only accept returns 10 days after receiving the product at the address provided. The refund will include a certificate for the value of the purchased product, which can be used for your next purchase. The initial shipping cost of the merchandise (at the time of purchase) is the responsibility of OREGANIC DE MEXICO. We will not refund the cost of the shipping service paid, only the value of the purchased products. When returning the merchandise, the customer will be required to pay the return shipping cost again through a courier of their choice.

Below we inform you how to proceed in each case:

1. Product damaged during shipping

Upon receiving the product, you should carefully inspect it. If you find that it has been damaged during shipping, you should contact us immediately through our contact channels, where we will inform you of the appropriate course of action.

2. Wrong product

If we made an error in shipping your product, you have 10 calendar days from the date you received your order to return it to us. Please contact our customer service team at oreganicdemexico@gmail.com.

3. Defective product

For returns due to defective products, the defect in the part must first be confirmed by sending photos that prove the item is actually damaged or deteriorated.

From here on, everything is our responsibility.

4. Product does not meet your expectations

If you receive the product and it doesn't meet your expectations, don't worry. You can return it within 10 calendar days of receiving it. To do so, simply contact OREGANIC DE MEXICO using any of the available methods. The product must be in perfect condition.

After receiving the merchandise at our warehouse and checking its condition, you will receive a refund for your order, minus shipping costs.

Don't forget to keep the original packaging, as if the product is not returned in its original packaging, it will suffer depreciation. If you return an opened product, we recommend that you repackage it carefully, using all the protective measures OREGANIC DE MEXICO provides. Keep in mind that it may be damaged during shipping, and if it is received severely damaged, we will incur an additional charge for this depreciation.

5. What are the return costs?

If you return a product to us due to an error on the part of OREGANIC DE MEXICO, i.e., a damaged, deteriorated, defective product, or a shipping error, we will always cover all return shipping costs.
