Return Policies

The return period in our online store is 10 days from receipt of the order.

We only accept returns on products that have the original label and are in the same condition as when they were received. It is necessary that you tell us the original order number where you purchased the item. We will only accept returns 10 days after receiving the product at the address provided. The return will be in the form of a certificate for the value of the purchased product to be used in your next purchase with us. The initial shipping cost of the merchandise (at the time of purchase) is the responsibility of OREGANIC DE MEXICO. The value corresponding to the paid shipping service will not be refunded, but only the value of the purchased products. When returning the merchandise, the customer will have to pay the cost of the return again at the parcel service of their choice.

Below we inform you how to proceed in each case:

1. Product damaged during shipping

Upon receipt of the product, you should inspect it carefully. If you notice that it has been damaged during shipping, you should contact us immediately through our contact channels, where we will tell you how to proceed.

2. Wrong product

In the event that we have made a mistake in the shipment of the product, you have 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to return it to us. Please contact our customer service at the email address ventas@oreganic-onine.com

3. Defective product

For a return due to a defective product, the defect of the item must first be verified by sending photos proving that the item is actually damaged or deteriorated.

From here on everything is up to us.

4. Product does not meet your expectations

If you receive the product and it does not meet your expectations, do not worry, you can return it within 10 calendar days from receipt of the product. To do so, you only need to contact OREGANIC DE MEXICO by any of the available means. The product must be in perfect condition.

After receiving the goods at our warehouse and checking their condition, you will receive a refund of the amount of your order, minus shipping costs.

Please remember to keep the original packaging, because if you do not return the product in its original packaging, the product will suffer a depreciation. We recommend that, if you return the product already opened, you repack it very well with all the protections that we provide from OREGANIC DE MEXICO; keep in mind that it may suffer impacts during transport and if we receive it very damaged, we will have to apply an extra cost for said depreciation of the product.

5. What are the return costs?

If you return a product due to an error on the part of OREGANIC DE MEXICO, i.e. a damaged, deteriorated, defective product or a shipping error, we will always assume all return costs.
